Hello there!

Thanks for stopping by my (neglected) little corner of the internet.

I'm a freelance journalist and copywriter from Edinburgh, based in the wonderful city of Brisbane, Australia. I have an obsession with stories - both reading them and telling other people's. Because of a lifelong addiction to magazines (I'm a serial hoarder; it can be annoying for the people I live with!) - and after a year travelling, teaching English, and working on a magazine in Vietnam - I decided to take the plunge and do a Master's degree in Journalism.

Since then I've been a multimedia production journalist, a web editor, a radio news reporter, a business copywriter and a fashion blogger. But writing features for magazines (both print and online) has always been what makes me happiest.

As well as writing, I love eating sushi, wearing red lipstick, going to music festivals, watching ridiculous videos of cats on youtube, vintage/second-hand shopping, taking photos, having dinner parties, and exploring the world.

I also love meeting weird and wonderful people that have a unique story to tell.
